less Futures were higher on ideas that the new Biden administration is ready to go with a new stimulus program that could aid clothing purchases and Cotton demand. The weekly export sales report on Thursday showed strong demand for US Cotton once again, and the demand has been strong even with the Coronavirus around and getting worse. Trends in Cotton are mixed to up with objectives of 8270 and 8540 March.

Currencies

The stimulus package from the government will addup to the existing dollar liquidity and may end up weakening the dollar bill. This fall of the dollar will ultimately lead to good for emerging markets like India.Which sectors attract you?China is very attractive. This is because the US dollar has weakened and hence EMs will do well since money comes out of the US and flows elsewhere. Subsequently, a weak dollar may push gold prices up. The overall weaker US Dollar has helped demand ideas as well.
